Power of the Human Voice (FWA SOTD) - Website
Before the domestic and world economies became the most important social topics of our day, the state of health care in the U.S. was at a breaking point (and still is). We launched a multifaceted platform for BlueCross BlueShield of Florida which empowered people to let their voices be heard and stand unified in a metaphorical "constellation of voices". The website housed a veritable universe of voices, and the public could cast their opinion in 3D space, each represented by a single orb in the constellation. Users could contribute voice recordings over the web via microphone, over the phone, or at public installations which toured the state of Florida. Similarly, BCBS itself could cast its' own voice and add to the dialog. Keywords from the voice recordings were captured and each message had tagged attributes which made it possible to search and sort by various emotions and specific health care related issues.
